Deep Clenaser and bumps?

I m 28 female, have overall nice skin texture, combination skin type(i think so sicne its oily in T zone and rest is normal an d dry in winter). For alst few months pores at my T zone has become much visible tahts why i started trying different thigns to reduce them. So, i bought neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser, its fine but it has created problem at my nose, little bumps at right side that has terribly disturbed the even look of my nose. I assumed that by cleansing dirt ect etc stuff has moved up but blocked at top. So i continued using the product for one more week and this time used astringent as well so taht nothing gets blocked anywhere. But still the situation is same, yesterday i steamed my nose and find very very little improvment. But still tiny spots are there.


Can anybody suggest what is this and how it will be removed. Right now i have decided not to use any product for one week and check if skin come back to its original state

i think the best person to help u wud be a dermatologist..but before u go see him.. i'd suggest u shud continue steaming and please dont use neutrogena again since it doesnt suit ur skin..take care n get well soon..
