i use dove deep moisture body wash and about an hour after i use it n dont really put lotion on i start to smell the body wash like its sweatin out of my skin should i stop usin or ? is it cuz i dont put lotion on

I don't think it's coming out of your pores or anything. What is probably happening is that it leaves a small amount on your skin when it dries. Then when your body heats up or gets sweaty, the smell of the soap is activated again... that's why they tell you to put perfumes on your pulse points- it is warmer so it lets off the scent more readily.
