Oily-Acne Prone Skin?

Ok so I have always had Oily-Acne Prone skin and well I'm just wondering on what some of your guys regimens are for keeping your face clean and not as oily (not asking for miracles lol). I have tried several prescription regimens and have given up on all of them, they tend to dry out my face wayyy too much plus they have two many side effects that I don't want to deal with. Recently I have started by just washing my face more often and using several cleansers, one that cleanses my face from all the makeup etc, one that deep cleanses my pores, and then one that moisturizes and applies acne medicine. Then after that I use the clean and clear acne medicine lotion which I apply twice a day (morning/night). So far its been working out better then anything I have ever tried before the only problem is that when I sweat it tends to get in the area around my eyes so the skin becomes very dry and irritated. Any suggestions?

PROACTIVE
Reply:To make your skin not as irritated and dry try putting baby powder or baking soda on your face it helps
Reply:Wash your face again..(have a container where you can put your cleanses) then dry face(have a small towel) and put some (baby)lotion to keep your skin nice and moisturize for a wile and not dry.
Reply:try using clean and clear morning burst in the morning. it prevents shine and sometimes sweat.
Reply:I have really oily skin and I used the clean and clear acne control kit. I really like it, I only use it once a day instead of the recommended 3, but my face isnt nearly as broken out or oily. But I have heard some people say they don't like the kit. So far, I have had no problems.
Reply:Okay... I have the same problem... and Proactiv... it just made it worse. If you use it your skin becomes "addicted" to it and if I didn't not use it at least twice a day my face would break out the next morning! So, now I use toner about 3 times a day, and in the mornings I use a scrub. I plan to get one of those vibrating acne cleansers, ( I saw it on television), and that is suppose to clean very deeply! Don't put lotion on your face and don't kill it by drying it out! My acne ALWAYS clears up when I get a tan or go swimming. Try going getting a tan or something... I have to wait, though... it's freezing outside!

~Hope I helped! ^.^
Reply:No need to spend a fortune of those products. I use the RK soap and the Complexion clarifier, both of which I buy from a medical practitioner's website (www.romancing-the-soap.com). The days of spending a fortune on so-so/useless products are over for me.

If I remember right, the RK is on the page about acne (the clarifier may be on that page also, I'm not sure).
Reply:Try this simple remedy. Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne like soap. The secret of keeping the skin clear is to keep it oil-free and clean. Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
