Does a penis ever get dry, cracked skin?

Assuming the broken skin appears to be in small, straight lines (not parallel lines) near the head, not very deep cuts at all, and there is evidence of peeling skin nearby, what are the likely causes of the abrasion? Assume also that the weather has been cold, and the penis is circumcised.

Really poor hygiene and lack of general washing of the penis could cause this.





I would guess that he was rather rough with himself while masturbating and it hadn't healed yet.

Reply:if it is one of those peni that is very small when relaxed, and very large when happy, yes, i seen this happen. the guy had a yeast infection, but didnt know what it was, and when he grew, it would crack and break the skin (owww) and actually bleed. so after that, when his gal would have a itch, he wouldnt touch her, and his penis is happy now :D

Reply:I was going to ask if he was circumcised. I have heard it sometimes makes it dried up and like that. But it could be other causes. Sounds like maybe he should see a doctor.
