So i should wear red colour if my skin is not too light not too dark?

my skin is not too light not too too dark. I want it too look nice and tan. I have dark brown hair and deep set of brown eyes. What colour of lipstick or lipgloss should I wear please help me. I usually go to shoppers drugmart and they do carry most of the cosmetics company there like pupa, smashbox, mary kay please tell me what colour and what company I should get. i dont know browns everyone says look very nasty on me and makes me look pale same thing with light pink. What else should I try. I do have bit of under eye and eveyone says with brown it makes my circle look bad too. same thing wit pink. plz help meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

red is great on non tan skin. Just use a clear lipgloss. Also try wearing green and yellow.
