What is the treatment for very deep blacheads that are covered by skin?

Exfoliation with a good facial cleanser preferably with anti-bacterial in it, I do it once in the morning and once before I go to bed. Then follow up with a good moisture cream.

I would go to a professional and have a deep pore cleansing facial. I get them once a month when I can afford it.

She cleans my skin and then uses steam and hot towels to soften and open my pores, then she just mashes them to clean out the pores. Then she open the pores some more and cleanses it again. Then she uses an astringent followed by a non-pore clogging moisturizer.

I don't do it myself, as I have a problem with clogged pores too. It is just best to get one and they are not that expensive and well worth it.. you will be amazed.

good luck
Reply:These two ladies have good answers. In addition to their suggestions, microderm abrasion, chemical peels, as well as one of the new lasers (blue or yellow, I believe) preportedly help shrink pores too. Good luck!

Reply:I squeeze those guys and then use rubbing alcohol. A dermatologist would pretty much be doing the same thing. Their expensive acne soap is the same as the regular antibacterial pump soap you can get for two bucks at the store. Active ingredient is triclosan. What a rip-off!
