Are the nerves in the sole of the feet quite deep or right under the skin?

The capillaries are what is in the skin the feet are sensitive because they are ticklish and if you rub or massage them it can be very relaxing and healthy for all the organs on the body and good foot massage is always a great idea if you have no one to give it to you get a pedicure those are great!

both. There is more than one layer.
Reply:YEs - there lots and lots nerve endings packed close the surface of the feet - which is why they are so ticklish.

CAPILLARIES??? Capillaries are blood vessels, they do NOT feel stimulation. Thats what the nerves do.
Reply:nerves run all about the feet the entire body . they are at different depths . a foot is not very thick so i wont say they could ever be deep there.

if you have sore feet and it is an on going thing or something that reoccurs when you stand or walk for longer periods of time then see a foot doctor.

i went for years thinking everyone at work had as much pain in there feet as me . took years and more damage and so more pain before i looked into this and learned i have flat feet.

look after your feet see a foot doctor wear proper supporting shoes and remember you spend most of the time either in your shoes or in your bed .
