Is blood in DEEP blood vessels give color to the skin?

The color of your skin is determined by the amount of melanin found in your epidermis. Some people who have extremely light skin tone still do appear to be a very light pink color due to the blood in their skin. This blood, however, is found in tiny, nearly surface level capillaries rather than deep vessels.

The pigment in your skin give you color. Also, one of the liver's hundreds of functions is the production of this pigment.
Reply:if you mean color like that that makes your cheeks flush, then no. it's the superficial capillaries on the skin that does. deep blood vessels are beneath your skin. skin color is also due to melanin, which is a pigment that is found on your skin.
